Did you know that Detroit has a Catholic radio station?  We are so blessed to have Ave Maria Radio on 990 AM.  Their primary mission is catechises, but they have current event programs and advice shows.

Daddy/Daughter Dance

Third Annual OLS Daddy/ Daughter Dance
Saturday, October 23, 2010
7-10:00 p.m.
All OLS school and/or parish Dads and their daughters are welcome!

Includes: D.J., delicious desserts, photo with frame, corsage and boutonniere.  Semi-formal attire suggested

Tickets may be purchased at the OLS school or parish office for $15 per ticket.  Hurry only 250 tickets will be available and will not be sold at the door.  Cash or checks payable to OLS MOMS Group.

New this year:  Letter to Dad contest!
Tell Dad why you love and appreciate him.  There will be a prize for each age group.-- prek/ K, 1st/ 2nd, 3rd/4th, 5th/ 6th, 7th/8th.  Pick up a form when you purchase your tickets at the school or parish office.

The Year is about to Begin

Our first meeting is coming up on September 15, 2010.  This year we are going to make sure that everyone has a chance to get to know each other. We will not have a speaker, but instead will the dedicate the whole meeting to introductions and registration.  Can't wait to see you!
